[TYPO3-workflow] Web Layout module

Hi,

When I try to start a task (in this case, creating a new page) from the 
task center, I get the following fatal error:

This module "web_layout" is not enabled in TBE_MODULES.

What's this "web_layout" module? I couldn't find it in the TER, nor is 
it mentioned on your download page 
(http://jul.net/native-workflow-system/) nor in the NWS doc. I also 
tried to add "web_layout" manually to the list of installed modules in 
localconf.php, but it didn't help.

I am using Typo3 4 Beta2.
