[TYPO3-workflow] workflow in typo3 4.0 ?

Hello all, 

I've been waiting anxious for typo3 4.0 release because I hope that NWS
will be integrated in it, but I don't see nothing about this feature at
Changelog and nothing related to workflow in features :-(

Not very active that list in the last 2 months. Anybody knows about the
future of workflow support in typo3 ? what is the most stable and
feature rich way to implement some kind of workflow using existing
extensions ?
