Which MPEG? 2 or 4?

Generally, there are many ways to reduce the size of a video. 

- try to convert it to an AVI-Format, using an up-to-date Codec like Xvid 
or DivX 6

- try reducing the size (for example 320x200px instead of 640x400px) - 
reducing the size to "half" saves 75% in size!
