[TYPO3-v4] t3editor in filelist not working?

The onclick of the link in my master installation is something like:

If I click it I can see the request
http://localhost/typo3/file_edit.php?target=D%3A%2Fwebserver%2Fxampp%2Fhtdocs%2Ffileadmin%2Ftemplates%2Ftest.ts&returnUrl=

The request returns the correct HTML for the edit page, but it seems 
that nothing is done with it. Is this a result of the cardlayout changes?
