[TYPO3-v4] CardLayout glitches

Hi Kay, Xavier, all,

I think we/you/sb. still has to take care of some issues with the Card 
Layout. It would be nice to also get feedback from others!

Currently known issues (for me):

* Polling for TCEforms
   http://forge.typo3.org/issues/28618
   - Edit a CE in the Page module
   - Switch to the List module and delete that CE
   - Switch back to the Page module
   - the form is still open (of course ;-), which is very confusing

* Utilize Module menu API from Context Menus
   https://review.typo3.org/4631
   This patch seems to lack a fix for refreshing after copy/cut.
