[TYPO3-v4] Public TYPO3 v4 Status Meeting

Hi dear TYPO3 warriors,

as usual after our TYPO3 v4 Status Meetings there is a protocol:

This time it showed that annoying people directly on Skype worked out
well to get a lot of more participants... ;-)
