[TYPO3-v4] TYPO3 4.6 alpha1

I am missing the folder typo3_src-4.6.0alpha1 inside of the file 
typo3_src-4.6.0alpha1.tar.gz.
This is a change to former tar.gz source files. So the extracting 
process must be done in a different manner. Is this intended?
