[TYPO3-v4] Improving/changing BE search

Seems to make sense, one case where I see a field with only number would 
not make sense to search with equals would be a phone field but this is 
for sure a varchar already, hopefully ;)

An explicit note with example should tell extension developer how to 
enable this...
