[TYPO3-v4] removing depreciated function

I think it is worth. I will also have problems because I have many exts 
that user makeInstanceClassName. But I will go and change all those.

The main reason is that we want to move forward and maintain the quality of 
the code. This is difficult when there are many obsolete functions. It os 
hard to maintain their quality (too much work).

We announced about such change long time ago and gave nearly two years for 
people to stop using those functions. If people did not do it so far, it 
cannot be blamed on the TYPO3 team :)
