I used to say in my training:

utf-8, utf-8, utf-8 and explicitAllow, explicitAllow, explicitAllow.

The former is not necessary anymore with 4.5, why not try the second one 
for 4.6. ;-)

But we have to take care of the fact that changing this option later on 
doesn't inverse checkboxes...
