Hello Xavier,

just a question about backporting a feature to 4.5.

As discussed before - i would like to have the cardlayout backported to
4.5. This is generally not a breaking change ;)

I think this can be very handy for many extension developers.

If you say it's ok i would add the 4.5 release to the Release line in
the commit comment.
