[TYPO3-v4] EM (old an new): can't fetch extension

HI,

anyone or just me? (trunk as of now)

Error: The data transfer did not succeed. The T3X file could not be fetched. 
Possible reasons: network problems, allow_url_fopen is off, curl is not 
enabled in Install tool.

I remember this happened to me yesterday too, but only for specific 
extensions. This time it is cal (Calendar Base).

I sure have connection to the web, as I can fetch new ext-list with old em.
Mirror is set to typo3.org. I did not mess with network settings in install 
tool (so curl use is off).
