[TYPO3-v4] Broken CSH in FlexForms with current trunk

OK, fine. Please don't forget all the places where CSH is used:

- TCEforms
- BE modules (in particular forms like in the User Settings and Scheduler)
- Access lists when in "checkbox" mode (see be_groups)
- FlexForms

as far as I can tell.
