I found several places in the repository history [1][2] where newlines
after "?>" was removed. How should I proceed here?
There a just 191 files effected, this means the majority of files are ok.
I know that Netbeans and PHPStorm don't add a newline if you don't want
it. But this could be different in other IDEs and editors.
