[TYPO3-v4] Lenght of type int fields in pages and tt_content

Hi,

1. make an extension
2. add ext_tables.sql
   -> add modifications (like create table fields, ...) -> take a look
      in other extensions
3. Install your ext.
4. modify DB.

Ready to go ...
