If I understand you right, you have just changed typo3script. Then I 
suggest creating new static templates (like CSC 4.1, CSC 4.2, CSC 4.3, 
…). There could be a naked html5 version and a fully blown html5 version. 
The later could have all CSS classes as you discussed with Dmitry.

If someone wants to have only some CSS classes, he can just copy the 
needed TS from the full version using e.g. the template analyser or by 
reading the file directly.
