So related to these requirements I can think of these options:
* HTML Version: "4|5", defines which HTML tags/attributes to use.
* XHTML Option: "true|false", mainly handles how to close tags.
* CSS Option: "naked|basic|extended", handles CSS class population.
Maybe "CSS Option" can be just "true|false" for either adding CSS
classes or not (= naked).
Probably this is a huge change in TYPO3, especially "XHTML Option" could
be a bit tricky - the best would may be a HTML post-processor which can
take care of transforming HTML to XHTML or vice versa.
Not sure how to handle this.
