[TYPO3-v4] Open Bugs with version 4.1

Yep.

The will however be one last release of 4.1, where some minor security
fixes that have been released in 4.2 and 4.3 already but are still open
/ not released yet in a 4.1 version. But once that is out, support for
4.1 will really end, and of course the bugs associated with it won't be
fixed any more.
