[TYPO3-v4] Open Bugs with version 4.1

This just means that someone reported them for 4.1

Some of them have target set to 4.4 or 4.5.

In the end they should al be tested and reviewed. If the problem is 
already solved somehow a simple request to typo3.team.bugs will get them 
closed.
If the problem is still there in newer version "someone" should write a 
patch for it. Maybe an idea for next bugday if we run out of 4.4 bugs?

Also interesting is the list of older bugs marked as "resolved". Maybe 
they need a quick look and then a big list can be sent to the bugs team 
to close them finally :-)
