not sure if this fits in here, but since some days
I'm continuously maintaining a 'wish list' for 4.5
with some things which come up again and again when
working on website projects. The list may also contain
features which would be handy. Nothing huge so.

Here's what I've got until now, maybe some of them
are of general interest and can make it onto the wiki page:

* Use the title of the mounted page instead of the mount page.
* Definition of the inclusion depth of static typoscript files.
* Include static typoscript files after extension files 
(ext_typoscript_*.txt).
* CSS and JS file compression on the front end.
* Definition of the page title suffix (which is currently ':').
* Working mount points in combination with shortcuts (of type 'first 
subpage').
* Longer tab-bar in the backend. (TCE)
* Definition of a page (uid) which gets called on the 404 error.
* Direct editable inline fields for IRRE relations with 'maxitems = 1'.
* Allow linking to internal pages with plugin content in RTE.
* Ability to define depth for storage page recursion in Extbase via 
TypoScript.
* Solve all problems regarding backend login/session.
* Solve all problems regarding font rendering and resizing PNG images 
with ImageMagick.
* Handling of TCA fields of type 'group' in Extbase.
* Better JS performance/memory usage in the backend.

Some points like 'ImageMagick' and 'Backend/Session' problems just
occurred with 4.4 and I think some more people have problems with it.

If you have questions please ask - looking forward seeing some
of those in the wiki sooner or later.
