Is there an option somewhere to remove the underline that replaced the 
old "?" icons for labels ?

To see how annoying and unreadable it become, go to :

User settings -> Edit & Advanced functions

... and try not to be distracted by every label being underlined.

I still want Pop Context menus but drop the underline.

Did I miss something?
