[TYPO3-v4] Last call for beta2

Hi,

today we will release 4.5 beta2 and many things got fixed since beta1
already.

The following issues are pending in the core list with only one +1 by
reading and testing missing (e.g. from a core developer).

We will be packaging beta2 this late afternoon (no, it is not planned
for "early morning" of tomorrow this time!), so I would be glad if more
people could participate in helping out with those (and maybe other) issues:
