[TYPO3-v4] simple.htaccess and advanced.htaccess

I just had a chat with Ingmar:

We would like to use this repository (.../v4/) for the new project "Team
Resources". And it seems like we don't need Sebastian for this since
Ingmar has admin rights on Forge :-)
