[TYPO3-v4] Core unit test isScriptaculousLoadedCompressed in t3lib_PageRendererTest fails

the unit test was written before t3lib_compressor and this one wasn't 
checked. there is a special with scriptaculous as the syntax had to be 
changed for loading all modules.
So it's the unit test with has to be adjusted.
