[TYPO3-v4] simple.htaccess and advanced.htaccess

Of course, this would be the best way. As far as I can see, all files 
are coming from incoming/site/(common|4\.?). So looks like a specialized 
command to copy it. Don't know, if function create_zip in 
package_creator.sh would be the right place.

Could you please ask Stuki to adjust it? Would be great to have alpha1 
released with the right .htaccess file :)
