And it works. ;-)


Basically, anybody can report a bug and send a patch to the core list.
Regarding bugs, we cannot fix them all. If there's one that obviously
affects only one user (the reporter), chances are low that it will ever
get fixed.
The same applies to patches; if there are no reviews, nobody cares about
this feature or bug. (I remember a IPv6 bug I have reported decades ago.)
