[TYPO3-user-registration] sr_feuser_registration 3.1.2

Hi Stanilas,

the reason was a mysql missconfiguration of one field (it was uniqe) on the live-system. Now its working perfectly like on the dev-version.

Thanks for the advice of sqlDebug.

DevLog is also working!
