[TYPO3-mvc] call action via get-parameter does not work

while writing this posting, i made several changes to test.

So the subject is outdated, the problem ist this:

ist not only using method/get.
Can't get new actions to work, and I dont know where to register the new
Actions.

???

Hope a helping Hand points meto to right way.
