[TYPO3-mvc] Spam and spam again

Hi all,

I know many in the community have switched to using Slack, but is it yet 
the official replacement for the mailing lists?

If not, something should be made for all the spam, which is getting ever 
more intensive to the point of rendering the MLs nearly useless IMO.

Should we just kill all the MLs?
