[TYPO3-mvc] memory_limit: 12000 records too much for extbase?

Thank you for your answer!

I know that 90M is not too much, but even with 256M on my dev machine I 
don't get more than ~6000 records. And the number of records will grow...

So I need a totally different approach, one use case will be generating 
an excel file with all records :(
