[TYPO3-mvc] encrypd cookies in TYPO3

Hi Muriel,

I have never used this with TYPO3, but you can try with suhosin (http://suhosin.org/stories/configuration.html#suhosin-cookie-encrypt), which has a feature to encrypt cookies transparently (i.e. the cookies are encrypted before being sent to the client and decrypted before being passed to the php script so a php script (e.g. TYPO3) doesn't need to know about the encryption at all).
