[TYPO3-mvc] localization in 6.2.0

Yes, prior to TYPO3 6.2 there was a "clear language cache" option you
could activate, starting with 6.2 there is a "clear system cache" that
does that (apart from other stuff) and is automatically activated if you
set up your environment as Development.

The <source> from other languages is not read, so you may omit it but it
is part of the XLIFF format so it should stay. Best is of course to use
a proper environment to generate those files and not edit them manually.
Unfortunately there is still AFAIK no corresponding TYPO3 extension
currently doing this job. For extensions present on
http://translation.typo3.org this is done automatically, in my case I
set up my own Pootle server for a few of my private extensions. If you
need to work "a lot" with localizations, you should think about it...
