[TYPO3-mvc] namespaces and class names

Hi Florian,

I know everything about the use of extbase and namespaces. I only 
concerned about the fact, that the upgrade language mechanism of 
static_info_table creates a file with the same filename, namespace, and 
class name. Inside of my IDE I get even the notice that the classname 
already exist in my TYPO3 package. I see some misbehaviour in the usage 
of my translated static_info_table column.
