[TYPO3-mvc] Fluid textarea readonly?

Indeed, using a textfield the "readonly" property works... But i have 
no idea on how to make a textfield "multiline", just setting it's 
css-height doesn't help as the linebreaks are lost.

So i think "readonly" is just missing for teaxtares with extbase 1.3, 
isn't it? Is there any workaround?
