[TYPO3-mvc] clear_cacheCmd through extbase command controller

Hi again,

would it be recommended, if I'd put all extbase cache tables into the 
clearAllCache_additionalTables array? Should this table get cleaned up 
from time to time?

Which tables would be also good getting truncated for this cleanup? I 
wrote a WGET script which runs through my whole sitemap.xml from time to 
time, where all caches will get rebuild.
