[TYPO3-mvc] Load Partial from other extension

Please always report the error you get - instead of just the fact that you got an error. Without this information I have zero chance to fix bugs if it is even a bug and nobody here has any chance to help you avoid the error. Don't just hack away; ask, describe and get the proper solution!
