[TYPO3-mvc] Parameter is not optional / ReflectionParameter

Hello extbase-friends

The failure described below is still confusing me.
The error only is thrown, if the task was started by the cronjob. If I start
the task manually, all works fine.
Did anyone has an idea about fixing this?

Dear extbase-Friends

 

With an large extension we have a problem within the
SOAP-export-task-controller.

The thrown exception is:

Parameter is not optional

What should say this to me? How can I fix that? Within the code I don't see
anything about "RefleectionParameter" or "getDefaultValue".
