[TYPO3-mvc] Extbase RealURL Action

Hello!

There is a problem with the actionname in the url of my extension.

I want to hide the action parameter from the url, but if i add this in the localconf file, the link with the action ist not working:
1.  array<http://www.php.net/array>(
2.  'GETvar' => 'tx_extensionname[action]',
3.  'noMatch' => 'bypass',
4.  ),
Can i add some code in the actioncontroller to make this working or something else?

Extensions:

Extbase 1.3.4
RealUrl 1.12.3
(Typo3 4.5.26)
