[TYPO3-mvc] How to save objects with ajax

Hi, i have a little problem with extbase and ajax. I save objects in the
database with a ajax call. This works fine. But after the post, I add a new
element on my page. With another click on the element, the object should be
deleted, but it doesn't. When I refresh page, and click then on the element,
the object is deleted. Is there a way to persist objects from ajax calls? Or
is there no chance? Thanks Stefan.
