[TYPO3-mvc] Correct way of creating language overlay records

sorry only copied that definition from somewhere in my library. l10n is correct which stands for localization. l18n is absolutely wrong which should be i18 at least if it was an abbreviation for internationalization which is not used. If I remember correctly that was a bug in extbase kickstarter...
