[TYPO3-mvc] can 4.7 Extbase / Fluid manage forms with dynamically added subobjects?

hi, i'm just evaluating if i can achieve (without headaches ;) this with 
Extbase Fluid forms, or if it's better to go "the old way", interpreting 
all forms data bypassing them:

say i have an object company with mm relations with products

i want to create a FE form where user adds / manages / sort this products.

do you think i can make it?
