[TYPO3-mvc] Template path overlays - new extension "View" for 6.0

Hi Extbase list denizens,

For those of you who would like to override single template files from any
extension's collection of template files, here's a big headache-remover:

Lets you add as many overlaying paths as necessary and allows
each overlay path to contain only individual files, or even just a single or two
file which override the one(s) found in the standard template paths. An
example for EXT:news can be found on the url above.

Deliciously simple and entirely compatible. No configuration; just install.
Enables overlay paths for every Extbase extension without changing any
code in either the overridden extensions or in Fluid itself. Only a single
function needed to be re-engineered and overridden.

It unfortunately only works on 6.0 but there's still a chance that I may be able
to make it work on as far back as 4.5. So keep an eye on it even if you don't
use 6.0 yet.
