[TYPO3-mvc] website url in fluid?

i was just exploring all Fluid possibilities (especially with the FED  
extension companion)
(and i could not find all Fluid details/docs..

  from http://api.typo3.org/fluid/current/ it's difficult
my only source is http://www.typovision.de/cheatsheet/ ! :)
