[TYPO3-mvc] Rendering a plugin using extbase inside a fluid template kills all variables

Hi again,

i've isolated the problem a bit. The plugin that causes the error uses a 
layout (but don't need to do so) - plugins that use extbase & fluid and 
don't use layouts work well.

As we had to fork this extension for some other reasons, the problem is 
solved for me.

Should i open a issue for this, or is the scenario itself such strange 
and abnormally (typoscript->fluid->typoscript->fluid....) that it can be 
ignored?
