[TYPO3-mvc] Localized email templates

I think the "best" approach depends on your personal needs and the 
planned structure of the mails. If only sections differ per language, 
you might consider to have one main mail template and just load a 
language depending partial where needed. If the whole structure could 
change, then probably better switch the main template and load common 
parts via partials.
