[TYPO3-mvc] extbase with xdebug/netbeans

Hi Thomas,

I already did this in the beginning of this thread.
Without this changed setting the fe just stayed white when xdebug was 
enabled. Ill check out cgi based php. Hopefully this will do the trick :)
