[TYPO3-mvc] MM relation / foreign_table_where gets ignored

Hello Franz,

I really appreciate it if you would have a look on this matter.

I also looked into the DataMapFactory of extbase and foreign_table_where 
seems to be added to the columsMap properties for MM relations, but this 
is a more a guess becaus I am not that familiar with the extbase core.
