[TYPO3-mvc] MM relation / foreign_table_where gets ignored

Hi,

AFAIR, Extbase does not use the foreign_table_where setting, because you 
can write ANY SQL statement in there.

If you are running T3 4.5 with Extbase 1.3, have a look at this to set 
the default ordering in a repository:
