[TYPO3-mvc] problem with settings

hi Bastian,
  thx for answer. unfortunatly it wasn`t this. (btw it is a multidomain 
installation).

Hmm I`ll probably debug this and I need to think about what could I miss 
while export/import but I can`t belive I missed something :(
