[TYPO3-mvc] [ANN] New Property Mapper ready for testing

Hey everybody,

after a few days of backporting, the new property mapper and greatly
redone MVC stack is ready for testing.

Please read the issue http://forge.typo3.org/issues/27656 for further
explanations. In the coming days, I'll add some paragraphs about changed
behavior as well.

If you have any questions, let me know! Any feedback is greatly
appreciated; for me most important would be if you could *apply the
changes*, but *do not activate the new property mapper*, and then test
if everything still works as expected. If not, it would be a regression
which I really want to avoid.
